" Regulatory Analysis Support of Proposed Rule Concerning Nuclear Power Plan License Renewal" Under Contract No. NRC-04-89-051 The purpose of this modification is to correct the amount of $145,774.00 on Modification No. I to Tast Order No. 003.

Therefore, in paragraph one (1) the amount of "$145,774.00" is deleted and the amount of "$146,774.00" is inserted.

All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
