Inspection Report No. 70-1100/90-02 This refers to the special safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. Roth of this office on February 12-16, 1990, for the purpose of reviewing your manufacturing operations, management controls, training, criticality safety, maintenance and transportation activities. The inspection consisted of selected examination i
of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, one violation was identified.
That violation concerned a failure to maintain records of 3 criticality safety. evaluation.
You are required to reply to this matter ir, accordance with the enclosed Appendix A.
The response directed by.this letter and the accompanying Notice is not subject to the clearance procedures of the Office of Management and Budget as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980, PL 96-511.
