information which shows that the package. design meets the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71. Preferably, the application should be in the format of Regulatory Guide 7.9.
The sections on Operating Procedures and Maintenance ProgramsLshould be reviewed to assure that they are complete and current.
Note that the Certificate of Compliance may be conditioned to specifically 1
cite the Operating Procedures and Maintenance Programs.
