SUBJECT:
ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO 12 10 FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R-83 The Connission' has ' issued the enclosed Amendment No.12 to f acility Operating License No. R-83 for.the Texas Engineering Experiment Station TRIGA reactor.
The amendnent consists of changes to the technical specifications in response to.the submittal dated September 4, 1989 and changes to the name of the licensee in response to the submittal of W tober 24, 1989.
The amendment modifies the organizational structure for the Texas Engineering Experiment Station and changes the name of the licensee to Texas Engineering Experiment Station / Texas A&M University System instead of Texas A&M University.
In connection with the change of name, we are enclosing two copies of Amendment No. 17 to Indemnity Agreement No. E-12. Please sign and return one copy to this office.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment 110.12 is enclosed.
