1982, in the above-matter.
That Order alludes to a decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board. We have not yet been served with a copy of any such decision.
Therefore, this is to request that the time within which the Commission may act to review any such decision be extended until at least 10 days af ter the time we receive the document.
