SUBJECT:
COMMONWEALTH EDIS0N EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION AND TEST PLAN The Region IV Equipment Qualification & Test Section has selected two pieces of safety related electrical equipment from a large number of items that Commonwealth Edison has scheduled for environmental qualifica-tion testing.
A Commonwealth Edison representative stated that the subject test plans would be provided if a written request were received. A draft of the subject written request is attached.

were made concernirg the NRC. review of two test plans for two-pieces of-safety related equipment listed in Commonwealth Edison letter (2843N) dated November 9, 1981.
Region IV Equipment Qualification & Test (EQ&T) personnel requested the test plans for (1) Control Switch,
. GE, Type SBM; and (2) Pressure Transmitter, Bailly'556 to permit NRC.
review and the subsequent observation of these_ tests.
As requested.during the sbove conversation, please forward the subject test plans to the Region-IV Equipment Qualification.& Test.Section,
