PROVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-45 MONTHLY OPERATING DATA REPORT FOR SEPTEMBER 1981

Gentlemen:
In accordance with instructions contained in Reference (1) and Technical Specification Amendments contained in Reference (2),
we are submitting information concerning operability and avail-ability of the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) for the Month of September 1981.
Reference (3), the July 1981 report on Licensed Operating Reactors, stated that La Crosse was shut down during June for a refueling outage.
The outage was for fuel receipt, rather than refueling.
