The purpose of this letter is to transmit for yaur infonnation the final increiaent of the analysis of the effects of natural phenomena relative to your Building JN-1B at West Jefferson, Ohio. The subject increment of analysis is the environmental consequences of pastulated radionuclide releases from your West Jefferson, Ohio plant as a result of severe natural phenoc,ena. A draf t of the enclosure has been reviewed and coar.ented upon, by those analysts who require the results to carry out succeeding analyses and by the NRC staff.
