Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by NRC for a nuclear export falling within the Executive Branch generic approvals of February 10, 1981 and May 6,1981 for reloads of low-enriched uranium fuel, but for which a letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
