Dear Mr. Collins:

The evaluation of Potential Reportable Deficiency #68 is presently in progress.

At this time, Ebasco Engineering is conducting an investigation concerning exposure of the E7000 Series Agastat Time-Delay Relays.

Upon comiletion of the investigation and evaluation of the results, a report will be submitted.

It is estimated that this report will be submi';ted by April 9, 1982.
