Thank you for your _ letter of February 11, 1982, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated January 29, 1982.
As a result of our review, we find additional information, as discussed with your Mr. Dan Kelley during a telephone call on February 26, 1982, is needed.
Relative to your letter of February 11, 1982, no mention was made as to what specific corrective steps would be taken to avoid further violations and the date when full compliance will be achieved.
Please provide us your response to the above concerns, under oath or affirmation, within 10 days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
