Dear Mr. Collins:
The final reports for the subject Significant Construction Deficiencies will not be submitted as previously committed. The following information explains the status of each item:
SCD #17
" Base Metal Defect in Main Steam and Feedwater Containnent Penetration Anchors" Due to the amount of rework that remains to be completed on this item's corrective action, a final report will not be submitted until June 1, 1982.
SCD #33
" Chilled Water Piping Supports" Due to the amount of work involved in implementing the corrective action of this item, it is not possible to submit a final report at this time.
Of the 259 support / restraints involved, over 50 of these supports / restraints are being worked or are completed. A final report will be submitted by July 30, 1982.

" Material Properties of Tube Track and Welded Fittings" The corrective action on this item has not been completed. Ebasco Con-struction Engineering requires additional time in order to complete the identification of areas which require rework or installation of-supports.
A final report on this item will be submitted by June 21,1982.
