Dear Mr. MacDonald:

We have reviewed your letter of February 12, 1982 requesting additional information to support our application for approval of the Model NAC-3K packaging. We have no need for the NAC-3K packaging in the immediate future.

Therefore, we respectfully withdraw our application dated December 8,1978, Docket No. 71-9140.

Thank you for your review and critique of our application. Should we see a need for this type packaging in the future, we will resubmit an application for your approval taking into account your comments and requests for addition-al information.
