ASLB MMallory PM This will confirm your conversation with Sandra Schlosser of this, office during her visit on March 15, 1982, at which time Ms. Schlosser told you that we were officially closing the local public document room (LPDR) for the propos(.d Offshore Nuclear Power Plant. The other two LPDRs for the Offshore case, located in Jacksonville, FL, and New Orleans, LA, will remain open.
As Ms. Schlosser discussed with you, we do not need to have the Offshore material returned to us as the official file copy is being retained by the Office of Administration here in our Bethesda, Maryland, offices.
Please feel free to keep any or all of the LPDR document collection.
However, you may decide not to retain any LPDR material and, if that is the case, the documents may be disposed of.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the staff of the Stockton State College Library for your help over the years with the local public document room collection; you have played an important part in our program.
