This refers to the routine safety inspection by Mr. J. Roth on February 2-
5, 1982 at your Reprocessing Plant in West Valley, New York and to the
discussion of inspection findings with Mr. J. Duckworth of your staff.
Areas inspected are described in the enclosed report. Within those areas,
the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and re-
presentative records, personnel interviews, and inspector observations.
No items of noncompliance were observed. No reply is required.
Our inspector verified your correction of the Violation brought to your
attention in the enclosure to our letter dated June 16, 1981. We have no
further questions regarding those corrective actions.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a cop'y of this letter and enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room unless you notify this
office, by telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter, and submit
written application to withhold information contained therein within thirty
days of the date of this letter.
Such application must be consistent with
10 CFR 2.790(b)(1). Telephone notification of your intent to request
