3 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a conference of counsel will be held t is consolidated proceeding on Tuesday, April 13, 1982, commencing at 10:00 a.m.,
local time, at the Nuclear Regulatory Conunission Hearing Room, located at 4350 East / West Highway, 5th Floor, Bethesda, Maryland 20014.
On or before April 6,1982, each party shall file a statement which shall include the following:
1.
a brief narrative of the pertinent history of this consoli-dated proceeding and the current status; 2.
identification of the issues to be resolved; and 3.
affirmative recommendations as to how each issue should be resolved.
The aforesaid statements of the parties shall not exceed 15 pages including appendices and attachments.
