b Andrew E. McNamara TELEPHONE 1-(315)-524-4446 Ext. 205, 293 MONTH APRIL, 1981 The reactor power level was maintained, for the most part, at 100% until " coastdown" commenced on 4/10. Prior to the start of coastdown, on the same day, a power reduction was initiated to 97% level to perform a periodic test on the auxiliary feed-water system.
On 4/14 a turbine runback was experienced, the cause is ex-plained in LER 81-007.
NOTE:
A summary of safety related maintenance will be submitted at the conclusion of the shutdown.
