Report No. 70-1151/82-03 This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. G. L. Troup of this office on February 8-12, 1982, of activities authorized by NRC License No SNM-1107 for the Columbia Nuclear Fuel facility and to the discussion of our findings held with you and members of your staff at the conclusion; of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed inspection report.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
P Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were disclosed.
We have examined actions you have taken with regard to previously identified enforcement matters. These are discussed in the enclosed inspection report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be piaced in the NRC's Public Document Room unless you notify this office, by i
telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written j
application to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the I
date of this letter. Such application must be consistent with the requirements of 2.790(b)(1).
