Your discussion of the comparison of results obtained using the different measurement systems (e.g., grab-sampling, RPISU, and Track Etch) should be finalized and incorporated in the final report. See my previous letter to you (dated February 7, 1982) for my detailed comments.

Coments by the DOE on your draft report have not been received yet but I will send them to you as soon as they are available. However, you should proceed at this time to finalize your report considering the comments of the State and EPA as detailed in my latest letter to you. Your final draft report is due by March 31, 1982.

Your Financial Statement for January, 1982 was acceptable.
All other aspects of your January,1982 report were adequate. The actions taken by this letter are considered to be within the scope of thecurrentcontract(B-2216). No changes to costs or delivery of l
contracted products is authorized.
Please notify me immediately if you believe this letter would result in changes or delivery of contract products.
