We represent an employee of one of the subcontractors working on the nucicar construction project being carried out by the Washington Publ!c Power Supply System at Satsop, Washington. We are writing to solicit a formal statement by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of its policy or policies on the question set out below. While our client has recently experienced a problem related to that question, that problem has now been satisfactorily resolved, and we are therefore not posing the question with l
