This is to confirm the substance of our conversation of February 10, 1982.
As we discussed, the Nuclear Regulatory Comission has been conducting an investigation into possible use of controlled substances or alcohol by persons who work at tha Zion Nuclear Plant near Zion, Illinois. This investigation has been conducted by the NRC in the exercise of the NRC's regulatory responsibilities to ensure that operation of the Zion Nuclear Plant poses no undue risk to public health and safety.
