beneath the the Turbino Building (Phase II of the Auxiliary building Underpinning construction sequence). Phase II is presently scheduled to begin Narch 15, 1962.

The original schedule (February 15,1982) has slipped because of delays in starting installation of the vertical access shaft (Phase I).

The access shaft delay resulted from removal of the dewatering header located in the area of the access shaft.

2.

Installation of the first soldier pile for the vertical access shaft began today (February 9, 1982).

3.

The inpact of the construction delay on Phase III construction (excavation beneath the Auxiliary builuing) is not yet known and it is anticipated that rauch of the Phase I and Phase II delay can be recovered.

4 The dewatering recharge test was initiated February 6,1962, around noon.
