Dear Mr. Schwencer:
The purpose of this letter is to confirm information that was provided in a telecon with Dr.
A. Bournia, et al, o f your staf f on March 17, 1982.
It was requested that we verify that:
a) all diesel generator piping that is considered
" engine mounted" is mounted on a single skid, and b) that all piping is " seismically mounted" All piping that is considered " engine mounted" is on a single skid.
The piping that is considered " engine mounted" was seismically qualified by analysis up to the newly defined piping interface with the diesel engine block.
If there are any further questions in this matter, please contact this office.
