Dear Mr. Keppler:
This letter responds to Mr. C. E. Norelius' letter of December 11, 1981 which we received December 14, 1981 and which transmitted to us the subj ect IE Inspection Reports containing a Notice of Violation.
An Extension request of two vecks was granted by your office by telephone on January 7, 1982.
The attachment to this letter contains our response to the apparent item of non-compliance and several items contained in the IE Reports which were specifically addressed in Mr. Norelius' letter. The attachment contains Safeguards Information pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21 and therefore we request that it be withheld from public disclosure and not placed in the Public Document Room.
This response was prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
