March 14,1982 To When it nay concern; As aconcerned citizen of the state of Kansas,I an forced to connent on the proposed action of the insurance of a operating license forthe Wolf Creek nuclear power plant,as the Environnental Inpact Statenent,prpared by the Nuclear Regulatory Cennissial suggests.In viewing the above mentioned statement,I was shocked at the number of unanswe red questions through out the booklet.Let ne clarify;insufficen+. and nis-leadin$ responses and alot of double talk that lef t ce quite angry.I bd expected frank and direct responsen-since this issue is one of such sensitive and "potentially dangerious" natter.

until qualified persons,knowledgable on nuclear radiation are involved with these reports.Iand around Wolf Creek will be un-usalble for a very long tine, thus what ever grows or whatever eats that which grows will be affected-this is what people need know.These are concerns thet are directing our future and I feel it is wholely worthy of direct intensive research(which hasnt occured yet),be-the O.K for production to large companies with noney hungry fore handing out officials.Instead of talking noney constantly I would like to see sone sensitive natorial up holding people first and profits last.
