Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions you documented in response to our correspondence.
However, your letter has been reviewed and additional information is found to be needed.
In your response you failed to provide information as to steps you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance as cited. Your statement that all three items have been corrected is not sufficient.
Please submit to this office within seven (7) days of receipt of this letter a written statement containing the requested information.
