On February 19, 1982, Joint Intervenors filed a "...
Motion for Admission of Additional Evidence" seeking the receipt into evidence of a proposed Joint Intervenors' Exhibit 78.
On March 8, 1982, Applicant filed its Answer to this Motion, objecting to the admission of the additional evidence, but indicating that it would waive those objections if the Board would permit Applicant to file and have received into evidence an affidavit by a Bechtel witness to explain the proposed exhibit.
Applicant agreed to file i
such an affidavit by March 16, 1982, if determined to be necessary after review of the record and Joint Intervenors' use of their pro-posed Exhibit 78.
Applicant has determined that a responsive and explanatory affidavit would be appropriate.
