,qs Governor Brown hereby moves this Board to issue an o stays the Board's consideration of the issues addressed at the January full power license hearing until such time as PG&E sup-plements the record with information necessary to a full and ac-curate evidentiary record and, if appropriate, the parties are given an opportunity to examine such information on the record.

In parti-cular, the Board's decision should be deferred until all relevant information concerning the implications of the newly discovered seismic design errors affecting block and relief valves and pres-surizer heaters is submitted by PG&E and evaluated by the parties to this proceeding.

PG&E informed the NRC of such errors on February 24, 1982, and the Board and parties were notified by the Staff through Board Notification PNO-5-82-09.
