Enclosed are copies of the decommissioning plan for facilities operated under License SNM-960 as per your request of October 23, 1981 (Ref. 2).

The plan is general because of the research and development nature of activities at the Vallecitos Nuclear Center (VNC).

The activities conducted at VNC at the time a cocommissioning decision is made may vary considerably from present conditions.

All cost estimate figures are given in terms of 1982 dollars.
