Materials and Plant Protection Amendment MPF-1 of License SNM-21 was revised on December 30, 1981, and January 26, 1982, to incorporate your physical protection plan.
The amendments were issued in response to your September 19, 1980 application for amendment and revisions thereto.
Accompanying your appli-cation was an amendment fee of $8,300.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of Section 170.31 of 10 CFR 170, the expenditures required for review of the subject application are $28,918.
Since the maximum fee for a major safeguards amendment in fee Category 1A is $8,300, no additional fee is required.
