Sulf 4ARY OF JAliUARY 25, 1982 CRBR REVIEW ltEETIliG A meeting was held on January 25, 1982 in Bethesda, Maryland to discuss the seismic and dynamic qualification of electrical and mechanical equipment for the Clinch River Breeder 'eactor. The applicant described the applicable codes, standards and regulatory guides for CRBR equipment qualification.

The CRBR equipment qualification program and results are documented in PSAR Sections 2.5, 3.2, 3.6, 3.7, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11 and 3.A.0.

In addition, three reports also summarize the program and results. These reports are: (:1)

WARD-D-165, " Requirements for Environmental Qualification of Class lE Equipment;" (2) WARD-D-0037, " Seismic Design Criteria for the Clinch River Breeder Reactor Plant;" and (3) WARD-D-0174, " Active Pump and Valve Operability Verification Plan." The applicant also described the filing of equipment data packages for each piece of equipment or system.

The staff results of this meeting and subsequent review of the PSAR are documented in two sets of review questions which were sent to the applicant's on fiarch 9 and 11, 1982. The meeting attendee listing is attached to this sunmary.
