Dear Mr. Wiedeman:
This letter is in response to the routine safety inspection conducted on February 5, 1982, concerning activities conducted under License No. 14-01137-01 that were found to be in noncompliance. Pursuant to the provisions of 10CFR 2.201, the following written information is provided regarding Severity Level V Violation (Supplement VII) Medical Isotope Committee Meetings.
The Nuclear Medicine Department has worked out a system with the Medical Staff Office to schedule the meetings quarterly. The schedule for calendar year, 1982 is; March 17, July 21, September 15, and December 15.
The Medical Staff Office will automatically schedule Medical Isotope Committee meetings each year. The Department of Nuclear Medicine will be in full compliance upon completion of the December 15, 1982 meeting.
