Taylor, of your office, of a Potentially Reportable Deficiency (PRD) at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GCNS) construction site. The deficiency concerns equipment determined to be unqualified during the investigation of the NUREG-0588 Requirements.

j Our investigation since the submission of the referenced report has not revealed any additional items which can be reported as of this date. Our review and evaluation is continuing. We expect to submit our next interim report by June 1, 1982.
