Dear Mr. Collins:
As discussed in the reference telecon, the report on Significant Con-struction Deficiency #28 will not be transmitted as previously scheduled.
Additional time is needed in order to complete the paper work review and physical inspection of the undersized socket welds.
The final report will be submitted by April 15, 1982.
