Generating Co., et al. (" Applicants") hereby respond to the NRC Staff's Motion for Protective Order, filed March 10, 1982, with its Answers to CASE's First and Second Set of Interroga-tories on Contention 5. Applicants believe that the NRC Staff has demonstrated that, based upon the criteria set forth in 10 C.F.R. S 2.720 (h) (2) (ii) , good cause exists for issuance of a protective order under 10 C.F.R. S 2.740 (c) . Accordingly, Applicants support the Staff's Motion and urge the Board to grant the requested protective order.
