Dear Mr. MacDonald:
This letter is to request the addition of US Ecology, Inc. as an authorized user of the cask identified in Docket No. 71-9079.
US Ecology has ordered two (2) of these units. They are being fabricated in accordance with Certificate of Compliance No. 9079 and Nuclear Packaging's NRC approved Quality Assurance program.
US Ecology will not actually use the units, however, will allow other users to rent them.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.31, please find enclosed a check in the amount of $150.00 for payment of the minor amendment fee.
