g This is in response to your request dated January 7,1982 for an anditTonal tire extension to comply v'th the requirenents of 10 CFR 70.51(c)(4)(1).
The specific requirement i. to conpute the naterial unaccounted for and its associated linit of error within 30 days of the start of a physical inventory.
We have reviewed your request for a tire extension to calculate the naterial unaccounted for and its associated limit of error and have detenained that granting it will not adversely affect the comen defense and security nor the public health and safety and is otherwise in the public interest. Accordingly, Safeguards Arendrent ifl'P-1 to your License flo. Sf41-778 is hereby revised, effective irrediately, by adding a new license condition to read as follows:
?!athwithstanding the requirenent of 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4)(1) to deternine the naterial unaccounted for and its associated linit of error for the physical inventory started on Novenber 1,1981, the licensee shall corplete these calculations for the physical inventory Ftarted on troverber 1,1981 on or before January 20, 1982.
