Dear Mr. Sutherland:
os This is in response to your letter of January 8,1981, anut.o,of Mr. J. R. Brinkley of the same date regarding the Notice of Violation and accompanying inspection report issued to the W-K-M Valve Division of ACF Industries, Inc., on January 20, 1981.
We expect W-K-M and other vendors to comply with the requirements set j
forth in 10 CFR Part 21. However, after considering your letter and that of fir. Brinkley, we have determined not to take any further action on this matter and therefore, we are withdrawing the Notice of Violation.
In the future, we intend to continue to monitor W-K-M's compliance with 10 CFR Part 21. Should violation of 10 CFR Part 21 be identified, we intend to take appropriate action.
