In accordance with the reporting requirements of U.S.N.R.C. Regulatory Guide 1.16, Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station is forwarding the enclosed annual report regarding personnel and man-rem exposure by job function.
Small exposure totaling less than 20% of the total dose have not been accounted for in this report.
Also enclosed is a list of exposure expended due to specific modifications required by the U.S.N.R.C.
