Dear Mr. Collins:
In our letters P-81235 and P-81259, we indicated that design modifications to the liquid waste discharge piping could be made by March 1,1982. Due to the present contents of the liquid waste system, we are unable to com-plete the installation and testing of the modification by that date.
It is now expected that the design modifications will be completed by March 8, 19 82.
