This is in response to your request dated-!4avember 25i 1981 for a time extension to comply with the requirements of 10 CFR 70.51(e)(4)(1). The specific requirement is to compute the material unaccounted for and its associated limit of error within 30 days of the start of a physical inventory.
We have reviewed your request for a time extension to calculate the material unaccounted for and its associated limit of error and have determined that granting it will not adversely affect the common defense and security and is othemise in the public interest. Accordingly, Safeguards Amendment MPP-1 to your License 110. SilM-778 is hereby revised, effective immediately, by adding a new license condition to read as follows:
