.2 DISCt 7110N Of A.AIND.AIN1/aaODiplCAllON Article V - Consideration and Payment, Paragraph A., Consideration, the following changes are made:
Under subparagraph "1." the amount "$108,400.00" is decreased by
"$1,200.00" to read "$107,200.00" due to deletion of TLD program at Humbolt 8ay NPP.
Subparagraph 3. is deleted in its entirety and the following new subparagraph 3. is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount obligated by the Commission in this Modification No. 3 is $38,400.00.
The total amount obligated under this Coope'rative Agreement since its inception is increased by
$38,400.00 from $68,800.00 to $107,200.00."
