Subparagraph 3. is deleted in its entirety and the following new subparagraph 3. is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount obligated by the Commission in this Modification No. 3 is $8,700.00.
The total amount obligated under this Cooperative Agreement since its inception is increased by
$ 8,700. 00 from $15,100.00 to $23,800.00."
