MEMORANDUM ANB ORDER (Re: Submission of Proposed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Briefs in a New Format and Style)
The Applicant's Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in this matter were timely filed before March 2, 1982. No revision in the format of those proposed findings will be inade.
Nevertheless, Count _el for the NRC Staff, the Joint Intervenors and Governor Brown have agreed to attempt to draw their respective proposed findings, conclusions of law and briefs in accordance with suggestions made in Chief Administrative Judge Cotter's memorandum of December 22, 1981, the subject of which was New Form for Initial Decisions. Counsel for the Applicant will attempt to draw his response to said proposed findings, conclusions of law and briefs to conform with the new format.
It should be emphasized that compliance with the suggested format is not a requirement in this matter but is being done by the parties voluntarily.

In order to provide adequate time for the parties to adjust the form of their respective Proposed Findings and Response it is ORDERED That the following schedule for filing be adhered to.
1.
Joint Intervenors and Governor Brown will file their proposed findings, conclusions of law and briefs by March 19, 1982.
2.
The N'RC Staff will file its proposed findings, conclusions of law and briefs by March 29, 1982.
3.
The Applicant will file its response to the proposed findings, conclusions of law and briefs by April 12, 1982.
