DeMoon-Executive Director 3240 Wst Franklin Boulciard Chicago, Illinois 60624 Gentlemen This refers to the routine sa' sty inspection ecsducted by Dr. L. W. Shatterly and Mr. D. R. Gibbons of this office on February 25, 1982, of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License No. 12-00959-02 and to the discussion of our findings with Ms. Sophie Abraham, Assistant Adminsitrator, and selected seembers of your staff.
The inspection was an ermaination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your licenee. The inspec-tion consisted of a selective er==ination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
