I. OCRE Discovery Renort On January 30, 1982, Ohio Citizens for Responsible Energy ("0'CRE") filed its second set of interrogatories to Staff and its first set of interrogatories to the Applicant. OCn2 has not received responses to these discovery reques'ts at this time. Staff counsel indicated by phone on February 23,'19S2 that Staff intended to respond to all interrogatories. Eoth of the above sots of interro-Satories pertained to Issue 7 (clam biofoulin;).

OCRE will propound within three wecks interrogatories to both Staff and the Applicant regarding Issue 5 (SDV pipe break).
