Dear Mr. IIcpkins :
The NRC's Security Team visited the Wolf Creek area on February 17 and 18, 1982.
KG&E kept the minutes for the meeting. Attachment I represents KG&E's understanding of the resolution of all the issues the NRC raised in the meeting. Attachment II lists the attendees.
As indicated in the Reference, KG&E had received questions on our Safeguards Contingency Plan just before the meeting. The questions were resolved in the meeting and responses to these questions are planned to be reflected in the next revision to the plan.
Unless KG&E hears differently from you, we will proceed with Security Plan revisions based upon our understanding as reflected in l
