Dear Mr. Keppler:
In accordance with Reference (1), we are submitting two (2) cop.es of the Annual Report for 1981 covering the radiological exposure summary.
Also, included are brief descriptions of changes and tests includ-ing summaries of the safety evaluations of each required by the provisions of Reference (2).
No experiments were conducted during this reporting period.
In accordance with Reference (3), this report also includes the annual report of safety valve failures.
There were no safety valve failures during 1981.
