Letter dated flovember 13, 1981, B. J. Youngblood - flRC to G. L. Koester - KG&E A meeting was held on February 10, 1982, at the fluclear Projects Inc. Offices in Rockville, Maryland, with representatives of the KanFas Gas and Electric Company, Union Electric Company, and the Sil0PPS Organization. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss matters related to the Unresolved Safety Issues (USIs) applicable to Wolf Creek. The list of attendees is attached as Enclosure 1.
The significant pointsdiscussed are summarized as follows:
1.
The f4RC Generic Issues Branch informed the applicant of the response desired to Ref. I and that a new USI (A-49 Pressurized Thermal Shock) now applied to Wolf Creek and would have to be addressed in their response.
2.
The applicant briefly discussed the FSAR sections that relate to the USIs and advised us that their response would be submitted with FSAR Revision 8.
