Section 9.0 of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment of License SNM-368 was amended December 28, 1981, to incorporate your Upgrade Physical Protection Plan.
The amendment was issued in response to your September 12, 1980 application, and final revisions dated November 11 and 20,1981.
Accompanying your application was an amendment fee of $8,300.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of Section 170.31 of 10 CFR 170, the expenditures required for review of the subject application are $28,557.
Since the maximum fee for a major safeguards amendment in fee Category 1 A is $8.300, no additional fee is required.
